Gina Isola is a very rare escrow officer and person. This was my very first transaction with her and her team, and I could not have been more impressed. Every action, every interaction, and every detail reflected how much Gina genuinely cares about her clients and their transactions. Our transaction involved a simultaneous closing, which required close coordination and communication. Gina stayed in constant contact with the escrow officer handling the first leg of the transaction and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She made sure the funds from my client’s sale were received and that we were able to close on their new home that same afternoon. Gina and her team were professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. When you have an escrow officer who cares this much about getting the job done right, it makes an enormous difference. I highly recommend Gina Isola and her team and look forward to working with them again.
