Liz Kalodemas is a certified escrow officer & has been in the escrow and real estate industry for 38 years. Liz is the current Vice President of the Redwood Empire Escrow Association and has been a member of the California Escrow Association since 1996. Liz believes that being responsive to her clients' needs is very important as timing is critical in every transaction. Liz handles all types of escrows including residential resale, short sales, REO's, 1031 exchanges, commercial and refinances, from the simplest to the most complicated.
During her free time Liz enjoys quilting, hiking and animal rescue but mostly spending time with her 4 grandchildren.
