Born and raised in the heart of Sonoma County, Tanner comes from a family with deep roots in the title and escrow industry. Both of his parents and grandparents dedicated their careers to the field, and his grandfather founded North Bay Title Company. Inspired by their legacy, Tanner developed a strong appreciation for real estate early on. After attending college in Los Angeles to broaden his perspective, he returned home with a clear vision of building his career in the community he knows and loves.
Now fully immersed in his work, Tanner is passionate about being part of such an important milestone in his clients’ lives. He takes pride in helping ensure each transaction is handled smoothly from start to finish, with a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. Known for his dependable service and ability to guide transactions to a successful and timely close, Tanner values building strong, lasting relationships and being a trusted resource throughout the escrow process.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Winnie, and taking advantage of Sonoma County’s beautiful outdoor spaces, especially hiking and soaking up the sunshine.
