Lauren Kelsay, Escrow Officer, started in the industry over 15 years ago, working as a receptionist for a local real estate brokerage. She fell in love with the industry, and found the right roll for her was in escrow where she gets to combine her love of people, and affinity for numbers. She worked as an escrow assistant for more than 5 years, ultimately becoming an escrow officer in 2015. Throughout her career Lauren’s priorities have remained the same; superior customer service, making Realtors and lending partners look great to their clients, educating clients on the escrow process and leaving customers delighted with their escrow experience. Lauren makes her clients a priority and is never too busy to take a call or be of assistance to those in need of title and escrow services. Her favorite part of the job is finding new and innovative ways to solve title and escrow problems.
Raised in Sonoma County, Lauren prides herself on embracing all aspects of the escrow process while also enjoying down time with her husband, teenage son, and two beloved dogs.
