Courtney has built her career in escrow in Sonoma County since 1997. She handles all types of purchase and refinance escrows for commercial and residential transactions, including land development, mapping, building and vineyard acquisitions, new construction and subdivision sale outs. She is very detail oriented and prides herself on communication and meeting the customer’s needs.
